At FlyFit, I believe that living your best life starts with taking care of your body, inside and out. To be the best version of you, you need to prioritize your health.

One of my goals at FlyFit is to help you realize how significantly health and wellness can impact your quality of life. This is not limited to fitness and nutrition but the relationship we have with our jobs, friends, family, and especially, the relationship we have with ourselves.

​FlyFit believes in longevity and results that last. I work with the individual in mind and their goals to make a fitness plan that is specific to their life and current circumstances. I trust that the best fitness plan is the plan that you can follow and one that works with your life, not against it.

Nutrition Coaching + Workout Programming

This all access program includes an initial consultation, tailored 12 week training program with video demonstrations, and personalized nutrition and macronutrient information. In addition, you check in with your coach weekly for accountability, goal setting, and overall support. You play an active role on how  much you want to learn on your health + wellness journey.

Nutrition Coaching

This nutrition focused program includes an initial consultation, personalized nutrition and macronutrient information, and FlyFit's intro to nutrition guide where you will learn how to eat to reach your goals, macronutrient breakdown, and meal planning + preparation tips. The 8 week nutrition coaching includes weekly check-in's or accountability, goal setting, and overall support.

This self guided program includes an initial consultation, personalized 8 week training program with video demonstrations, and FlyFit's intro to nutrition guide with recommended macronutrients.
